The experimental, educational vegetable patch tells the story of man’s relationship with plants over the centuries. This space is maintained via a process of ‘differentiated management’, with experimental methods inspired by respect for the environment. The fields also welcome some major annual events: the Vegetable Fair, the Farmers’ Fair, the Kite Festival, music festivals… Throughout the year, the site is also open to school trips and other educational activities focusing on gardening and the environment.
